Transfusion of blood products

Transfusion of blood products, an important part in the treatment of blood cell disorders, can also be an important aspect of cancer treatment. Transfusions can consist of red blood cells (erythrocytes), platelets (thrombocytes), blood plasma, albumine or immuneglobulines and coagulation factors. Dr. Stolze, importantly, is specialized and trained in this field.
